Well the winter weather has brought intermittent snow and rain to our little apple growing oasis. Currently we are seeing rains but no snow as the latest storm moves through the southland. Our community's shops, restaurants and some ranches and farms are open with winter specials, warm fires, hot cider, great food and gifts and fantastic scenery. We welcome you to a visit. 

APPLE BLOSSOM FESTIVAL

Make plans now for a visit to us during our annual Apple Blossom Festival this Spring. The hills will come alive with the sight and smell of pink and white blossoms that burst on the scene every year at this time. To commemorate this beautiful time of year, locals celebrate with special events like a quilt show, barn dance, Citizen of the Year award, and restaurant specials.

Four Seasons in Southern California!

The cool mile-high climate of Oak Glen provides a beautiful change of seasons, unsurpassed in the southern California. Apple orchards cover the slopes laden with blossoms in the Spring and apples in the Fall. The scenery is more like New England, and only 90 minutes from Los Angeles on the way to Palm Springs. Oak Glen offers wholesome family fun in every season. Visit orchards, taste fresh apples and cider, enjoy hot apple pie at one of the several family restaurants, feed the animals in the animal parks, or browse through some of the many specialty shops in the Glen. Some farms and ranches offer U-Pick apples, U-Press cider and country music and dancing. You can visit the one-room schoolhouse; take a hayride, or a nature walk.
